I am Patrycja Wardal!

Psychologist, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist, chartered and registered with the Apulian Register of Psychologists.
I got my specialisation in Ericksonian Psychotherapy and Hypnosis at the SIIPE in Rome, Italy.

I gained my clinical experience in the mental health sector within public services (such as Addiction Services, Mental Health Centers, and outpatient clinics), by working with addiction, depression, grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, and psychosomatic symptoms.
I have over 10 years of experience in emigration and in the fields of education, sport, performance, and organisations.

I conduct my therapeutic work in strict accordance with the Code of Ethics of Italian Psychologists and I’m under continuous clinical supervision.

I’m particularly passionate about anthropology, nature, music, dance, and dogs. In my free time, I love trekking and observing the world around me, constantly discovering and exploring new things.
